The Hospitaller Youth movement is giving continuity to the Rise Up Catechesis. As they are essentially presented by young hospitallers, they have a very positive effect for all of us, since they provide us with rich reflection moments, sharing, formation and much welcoming. Last January, we had as a theme: #10 GET UP AND BE PERSISTENT. We have been able to reflect on the type of relationship that every young person nurtures with God the Father. In addition, we had the opportunity to reflect on the Apostolic Exhortation Christus Vivit nº 117, in which Pope Francis once again invites us to reserve a space for Jesus and to get to know him better by growing in our relationship with him. As the Good Friend that he is, He communicates us His strength to promote us to the highest dignity of persons, making us mature in faith.
To walk in Him is to offer us the opportunity to experience His true love and to allow ourselves to be embraced by the Father in “… the loving face of his courageous witnesses on earth!” Jesus’s essential invitation encourages us to go forward with our eyes fixed on God His Father.
